Here is how PlayMoovin&#8217; wants to answer these questions .<\/p>\n<h2>Raising awareness of disabilities in companies: an overview<\/h2>\n<h3>What the companies must do in regards to disabilities<\/h3>\n<p>Companies that hire more than 20 employees have to welcome a number of disabled people equal to 6% of the total people who work in the company since the law of the 10<sup>th<\/sup> of July 1987 exists. To contribute to the inclusion of disabled people in this context, several solutions are proposed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting disabled people;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the <a href=\"https:\/\/apf-entreprises.fr\/notre-reseau\/secteur-du-travail-protege-et-adapte-stpa\/\">protected and adapted sector<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Contributing to the AGEFPIH (national association for the management of the fund for the professional insertion of disabled people)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 2005, the law on disabilities contributed to promote <strong>equal opportunities for everyone<\/strong>. The law established the <strong>right of having a disability compensation benefit<\/strong>. The person who faults risks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A fine that can go up to 45 000\u20ac;<\/li>\n<li>A prison sentence that can go up to 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Some key figures on disabled workers<\/h3>\n<p>Every year, the Dares (research animation studies and statistics management) publishes <a href=\"https:\/\/dares.travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/donnees\/lobligation-demploi-des-travailleurs-handicapes-oeth\">data on the employment of disabled workers<\/a>. It counts the number of disabled employees who benefit from the employment duty as established by the state on the 5<sup>th<\/sup> of September 2018. They would represent 3.5% of employed people in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Despite all that, it takes some people with reduced mobility 3 years before they find a job.
